Question 1

Who is BidThicket for?

Accepted Answer

BidThicket is for commercial cleaning companies in Texas pursuing public-sector janitorial contracts.

Question 2

What does membership cost, and what does it unlock?

Accepted Answer

The membership is $399 per month. An account with an active $399/month subscription can access the member opportunity feed. The feed may be empty at a given time; membership does not guarantee that an opportunity is currently available.

Question 3

What information is shown for an opportunity?

Accepted Answer

The member feed contains owner-verified, published Texas janitorial opportunities with a link to the issuing agency’s original solicitation. Agency, location, deadline, and scope details are shown when available in the published record. Check the original notice for the complete and current requirements.

Question 4

Are opportunities guaranteed to be open or available right now?

Accepted Answer

No. BidThicket does not promise a particular number of listings or that a listed opportunity is still open. Availability and requirements can change. Confirm the current status, deadlines, and any amendments with the issuing agency using its original solicitation.

Question 5

What should I do before preparing a bid?

Accepted Answer

Review the issuing agency’s original solicitation in full. Verify current eligibility rules, scope, required documents, submission instructions, deadlines, and amendments with the agency. Prepare your response and submit it directly to the issuing agency.

Question 6

Does BidThicket prepare or submit my bid for me?

Accepted Answer

No. Your company is responsible for reviewing the solicitation, verifying current requirements and deadlines, preparing its response, and submitting the bid itself. BidThicket does not submit bids on your behalf.

Question 7

Are daily updates, alerts, summaries, checklists, or proposal drafts live features?

Accepted Answer

Daily opportunity updates, deadline alerts, summaries, checklists, and editable proposal drafts are described on the landing page as planned or illustrative, not confirmed live functionality. The current app includes an active-subscription-gated opportunity feed; this FAQ does not promise that those other tools are available.

Good to know before your next bid.
