01 Human source review
A point-in-time check
A recorded human review shows when a person last checked the linked source. It describes that review at that time; it is not continuous monitoring.
SOURCE NOTES · BIDTHICKET
BidThicket links opportunities to their issuing agency’s original solicitation and may show source-review context or an AI-assisted requirement summary. The original notice remains the current source of truth.
Open the source link to read the issuing agency’s original solicitation. Use that notice to confirm the current posting, requirements, deadlines, amendments, and submission instructions before you decide how to proceed.
A BidThicket listing or timestamp does not guarantee that a notice is accurate or still current. The issuing agency’s notice is authoritative.
Two different records
01 Human source review
A recorded human review shows when a person last checked the linked source. It describes that review at that time; it is not continuous monitoring.
02 Automated source refresh
A separate timestamp shows the latest successful automated source refresh. It records a system refresh, not a human review or a confirmation that the notice is still open.
Neither timestamp guarantees that the listing is still current. Recheck the issuing agency’s notice for the latest information.
When a summary is available, it presents AI-selected requirement phrases alongside matching excerpts from the linked solicitation. The excerpts are checked against the source text before requirements are shown.
If a summary cannot be generated or its excerpts cannot be verified, BidThicket shows no requirements for that summary. Source evidence and summary availability vary by opportunity.
Your team stays in control
Your company reviews current requirements at the source, decides whether to bid, prepares and finalizes its proposal, and submits it to the issuing agency. BidThicket does not make that decision or submit a bid for you.
